The Vision Meeting!

This is the exciting part! This meeting can be done in person or by ZOOM. I offer custom website development services that cater to your specific needs and this is the time to share ALL of your ideas and goals.

To do in advance - Save the following to a thumb drive:

Start collecting product pictures or text (either yours or those from the internet) that will help tell your story.

Copy of your business card, letterhead and/or logo.

Copy links to all social media pages like Facebook.

Copy links to any other websites that you would like to link to.

Have your form of payment ready: credit/debit, PayPal.

I will guide you through the following questions:

What inspired you to create this site?

What is your product, or are you the product (like an author)?

What colors come to mind when you think of this site?

Who is your target audience?

Is this site for information only or do you need a commercial product page with a few PayPal buy buttons or a full shopping cart?

Domain Name - This is your personal space on the Internet!

This will be the last two things at your Vision Meeting:

Acquiring your domain name, a one-time payment, usually $27.

Starting your web hosting account. Usually $127 per month.

We will brainstorm the exact "Key Word" or phrase that describes your product. We will search for that name to see if it is available; at this time you will need your form of payment ready to quickly secure your name.

Monthly web hosting account for your website:

This is the platform that "houses" your site. With a couple of simple clicks and your form of payment, you will sign up for a monthly withdraw. This also includes:

Up to three changes a month to your site.

Emailed monthly data report on how your site is performing.

I will provide a "mock-up" website, visible on the internet usually within 48 hours. Then you will be able to watch as I design; picture by picture and text by text, until you are satisfied with the site. Your site will always be 90% finished as changes can be made every month as you desire.
